A
staff restructuring exercise recently took place in Masters Energy
Oil & Gas Ltd. The exercise, which was basically to achieve
group’s organisational goals, saw the movement of some staff
to other departments, enlargement of responsibilities and outright
creation of new offices.
The exercise also led to elevation of some managers to greater
positions of responsibilities.
Mallam Abdullahi
Maijama’a, formerly Executive Director, Finance
& Admin becomes the Executive Director, Admin/Corporate Services,
Mr. Ugochukwu Nwofor’s responsibility was expanded to GM,
Admin/Corporate Services from former GM, Admin.
Mr. Mathew Omoaka,
joins the group as the Head, Control & Audit, Masters Group;
while the former Head, Up Country Marketing, Mrs. Susan
Tee-Anioke is the new Deputy Head, Trading.

Others promoted are: Mr. Mike Davidson is now
GM, Operations, Head - Retail Outlets Nationwide, Chief
Henry Ofoegbu, former Area Manager, Abuja is now GM,
Abuja, Northern Region. In the same vein, former Regional Manager,
Port Harcourt, Mr. Collins Onyemelukwe is now
GM, South-South, South-East & Bulk Terminals.
Mrs. Bridget Edafe, formerly Head, Marketing
is now GM, Marketing, Corporate & Retail, while Mr.
Samuel Ayeni also formerly of Internal Control &
Audit is now the General Manager, South-West.
Mr. Ogbonnaya Onu,
former COO of Olive Microfinance Bank is now Group Finance Controller
while Mr. Victor Mfon, former Divisional Director,
Olive Microfinance Bank is now the General Manager, Business
Development.
