Uche
is a Chartered Accountant and was a seasoned banker
with over 16 years experience in the banking sector.
He began and ended his banking career at Zenith
Bank Plc. While at Zenith Bank; he was at different
times a Branch Manager and Head, Business Focus
Group; with core competencies in Business Development,
Internal Control, Human Resources and Strategic
Planning. He left Zenith as an Assistant General
Manager/Head, Ikeja Business Focus Group.
Mr. Ogah holds the following academic degrees:

of Lagos, Bachelor of Science (Banking & Finance)
from Ogun State University, Post Graduate Diploma

Ajala (Vice Chairman / Chief Executive Officer) |
Vincent
holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from
Oxford Brooks University, England. Prior to this,
he had obtained a Higher Diploma from the Institute
of Management & Technology, Enugu in 1982. He
has over 20 years working experience.
He worked briefly at Oxford University Press (now
UPL), Ibadan for one and half years before joining
British Caledonian Airways (now British Airways).

British Airways, he held senior management positions.
At various times, he was the manager responsible for
Systems, Customer Relations, Sales & Marketing,
Executive Club and Operations. He rose to the position
of Area Facilities & Purchasing Manager, West
Africa; a post he held until March 2006 when he left
to join Masters Energy Oil & Gas Limited.
Vincent is also an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos
Business School (LBS), the Pan Africa University,
and a member of Nigerian Institute of Management

Dappa (Company Secretary / Legal Adviser) |
| Pat
has more than 15 years experience in the legal profession.
She oversees the company’s legal affairs as
general counsel and secretary. Mrs. Dappa is the principal
partner in Pat Dappa & Associate, a reputable
firm of Solicitors and Advocates.
Before forming Pat Dappa and Associates, Mrs. Dappa
was an Attorney with Alegeh & Associates specializing
in Property, Company Law and Litigation. Prior to
Alegeh & Associates, she was with T & A Management
Consultants as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.
She was involved in proof reading the Laws of Delta
State in 2005. She is an Arbitrator (ACIArb), a member
of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), International
Bar Association and Nigeria Bar Association.

Dappa holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the
University of Calabar, Masters Degrees in Law (LLM)
and in Humanitarian Law and Refugee Studies (MHRS)

Ogbonnaya Onu (Group Finance Controller)

Ogbonnaya
graduated from Institute of Management and Technology,
Enugu with HND (Distinction) in Accounting. He also
holds B.SC in Banking & Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo
University, Ago-Iwoye and MBA (Financial Management)
from Lagos State University. Mr. Onu began his working
career at Ernest & Young (Chartered Accou8ntants),
where he rose to the post of Audit Senior.
He was involved in auditing, management and tax consulting
for high profile clients. He later joined Zenith Bank
Plc and worked in various areas in the bank including
Business Development, Branch Management and as Head
of Operations of key branches. He distinguished himself
in each assignment. |

An avid reader and prolific writer, Mr. Onu has attended
different courses on management development and financial
management. He is also an Associate Member of Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Mr. Onu was the Chief Operating Officer of Olive Microfinance

Oil & Gas Ltd. as Group Finance Controller.

Sabina
is a specialist in Business Management. She has built
a successful career spanning over 10 years mainly
in the private sector. She has a degree in Accounting
from Institute of Management & Technology (IMT),
Enugu and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) from Enugu
State University of Technology (ESUT). Prior to joining
Masters Energy, she had worked with other organizations
including Julius Berger Plc. |

and internationally. She has attended various courses

Sotunde

Olufemi
attended University of IIorin, Kwara State, where
he obtained a Second Class Honours Upper Division,
B. SC. Degree in Bioscience, in 1999. He won the Best
Student Award in Bioscience; having earlier won the
same award as Best Student in Applied Science in his
years as a National Diploma student in the then Ogun
State Polytechnic, Abeokuta (now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic,
Abeokuta) in 1992. |

Sotunde Olufemi was a former banker of repute with
over 10 years experience in the banking industry.
During his spell in banking, he handled relationships
with major players in oil and gas sector, which exposed
him to the financial and operational dynamics of the
sector. This experience has been highly valuable in
the day to day management of the company. He manages
the entire business of trading, operations and marketing
activities of the company by working tirelessly and
ensuring business growth in the midst of competition.

Nwofor (GM Admin/Corporate Services) |
Ugo is responsible
for the company’s long range planning and management.
He has a wealth of experience spanning over 8 years
in Project/Product Management and has some years of
banking experience.
Mr. Nwofor was at the helm of affairs of the company’s
business on its inception. He was at a time seconded
to Masters Bureau De Change, a subsidiary of Masters
Group as the managing director. He is a seasoned marketer
and has attended various management courses. |

Victor is a seasoned banker with over 20 years
experience. He holds a B. Sc. Degree in Agricultural
Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife,
a Post Graduate Diploma and Masters in Business
Administration from University of Calabar and Abubakar
Tafawa Balewa University respectively.
Mr. Mfon commenced his banking career at Co-Operative
Development Bank Plc, where he rose to the position
of a manager before leaving the bank in 1988.
He joined Chartered Bank Plc in 1988 as Manager-in-Charge
of Corporate Banking Group. He had a stint at Access
Bank Plc as Assistant General Manager, Corporate
Banking, Lagos Mainland before joining Sterling
Bank Plc in 2007 as a Deputy General Manager.

Gabriel
joined the Masters Energy Group in April 2006. He
holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration
from Kenton University, Glenda, California. He also

Institute of Transport, U.K and the Institute of Chartered
Shipbrokers.
His areas of core competence are in shipping, transport
and freight-forwarding, warehousing, vessel chartering

to Destiny Marine & Shipping Company Ltd as General
Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Destiny Marine
and Shipping Company Limited was established on the
5th of April 2006. Before joining Masters Energy Group,
Mr. Nwanze worked in frontline shipping companies
like Transcap Nigeria Limited, Umarco / Coastal Services
Limited, and Brawal Shipping / Aero maritime Limited,
among others.
Mr. Nwanze’s international engagement included
stints with the world’s famous British Institute
of Management, London and Messrs P & B Oil and
Gas Inc, New York and Mississippi respectively. He
holds Fellowship status of the Institute of Directors,
