Patience Dappa has put in over 27 years into the Legal profession, having started her career at the firm of Alegeh & Associates as an Attorney, with focus on property, Company Law and Litigation, from where she moved to T & A Management Consultants as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser, after which she established Pat Dappa & Associates a firm of Lawyers.

Patience was appointed by the Delta State Government to review the laws of the State in 2005, along side other professional, an opportunity that exposed her to the Constitutional structure of the State.

Patience is a chartered Arbitrator, having qualified to be a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) (ACIArb),  a member of the International and Nigerian Bar Associations, who holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from the University of Calabar, a Masters Degree in Law, from the University of Lagos, a Masters Degree in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies from University of Lagos, a Masters Degree in Maritime Law,  from the Metropolitan University, London,

She is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Queens School of Business Executive Education, Canada and the Cambridge University Judge Business School, United Kingdom.

Patience has attended numerous Seminars across the globe, which includes, Assessing and Managing Risk in Oil and Gas Contract New York, LNG World Conference, Brisbane, Australia, Communication Skill and Advocacy (Lagos Business School). Mrs. Dappa is currently the Ag. Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer at Masters Group.
