Felix O. Eribo, Group Executive Director, Operations
Felix Eribo is an accomplished finance and operations executive with over 25 years of practical experience in both public and private sectors. He holds a Distinction in Accounting from Auchi Polytechnic and an MBA from the University of Benin. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and ISACA, Felix brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
An alumnus of both Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School, Felix has held key positions in prominent organizations, including Lucky Osawaru & Co., Nora Industries, University of Benin, United Bank for Africa (UBA), and All States Trust Bank. Since joining Masters Energy Group in 2006, he has held several high-impact roles, beginning as the pioneer Head of Audit & Control System. He then moved to head the Finance Department as Financial Controller in 2008, showcasing his financial acumen and operational leadership.
In 2012, Felix was promoted to Group Finance Controller and subsequently appointed Director of Finance in 2015, becoming a cornerstone in Masters Energy’s financial growth. By 2017, his deep operational insight led to his appointment as Director of Operations, culminating in his current position as Group Executive Director of Operations. Felix is known for his strategic approach and commitment to organizational excellence and has delivered seminars and presentations both domestically and internationally.
