Barr. (Mrs.) Christabel Iremhinmhen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal advisory. She currently serves as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of Masters Energy Group, where she provides legal oversight, ensures governance excellence, and supports the Board in maintaining transparency and accountability across the Group’s operations.
Christabel holds an LL.B (Second Class Upper) from the University of Benin and a B.L (Second Class Upper) from the Nigerian Law School. She earned her LL.M from the University of Lagos in 2014.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
Her professional expertise spans corporate governance, board advisory, contract negotiation and management, legal risk management, policy development, stakeholder engagement, corporate restructuring, and legal due diligence.
