Christabel is a product of the prestigious University of Benin where she obtained her LLB Degree (Bachelor of Laws) with a Second Class upper division in 2007. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School where she obtained her BL (Barrister at Law) with a Second Class Upper Division in 2008. She obtained her LLM (Master of Laws) from the prestigious University of Lagos in 2014.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Institute of Chattered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Nigerian Institute of Management.
Her core areas of competencies include but are not limited to Corporate Governance, Board Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, Legal Risk Management, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, Policy Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Corporate Restructuring, Legal due diligence and Corporate Secretariat Practice.
She is a legal professional with experience in Litigation and Corporate Legal Practice, as she has worked in both law firms and different companies. She is committed to ethical business practices, sound corporate governance and effective stakeholder engagement.
